Are legendary Pokemon (excluding obvious ones like Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina) one of a kind creatures or just simply very rare?

What do you think Alola will be giving us?
We seem to be trending to larger Pokedexes, even ORAS Hoenn couldnt wait until postgame to give you the National Dex. I dont really like that, but I know a lot of people do.
I think that after the sheer amount Gen 5 gave us we'll be getting less for a while, so I'm guessing:
90 to 115 Pokemon
300 Pokedex

I'm hoping it trends back down, but we're getting 4 unique dexes for each island, so I'm expecting at least 400 mons, with about 100 per island.

I expect the islands to have different numbers, and the two most left islands dont look like they have enough locations for 100 mons without being Kalos-tier overstuffed.
I suppose it's not impossible for a bunch of the mons in a dex to be seen only and then catch-able on another island but I dont think that'll happen.

No. Even ignoring Battle Frontier garbage, they weren't great remakes. If they didn't bring the gen 4 mechanic updates to gen 3, they'd be straight downgrades from the originals.

Cores are story only, Zygarde gets either Aura Break of Power Construct depending on how you acquire it (event or catching), 10% is roaming/enemy only and 50% is standard legendmon.
Lillie gifts you a core and you casually get enough cells to get 10% Zygarde while the rest are side quest. Ex. Talking to someone who gifts you them or going out of your way to pick them up. Regardless you'll be forced to use 100% in an important battle at least once.

Zygarde 50% is the same as in XY but with the ability Power Construct added as its second ability. You change it with the Ability Capsule.
Zygarde 10% is only 10% in-battle, and is otherwise Zygarde Core outside of battle, similar to Active- and Neutral Xerneas.
