I guess for a starting point, Pursuit Mega Metagross is a cool way to stop Gothitelle from trapping your walls & stallbreakers. Pursuit Megas in general are pretty great since they can't be Tricked.

Stall teams have started packing Signal Beam on their Gothitelle to catch Hoopa-U before it does too much damage. Others just throw on a Mandibuzz that stops most sets bar the one with Thunderbolt.
