Game Freak and TPC need to stop giving Gen 1 so much attention. Okay. Yes, it started the series. We already know that, but they don't have to constantly shove it in our faces! So much of X and Y's potential quality was sacrificed due to excessive Gen 1 pandering. Games like Smash and Pokken Tournament have so many amazing Pokémon to pick from, yet they always play it safe and mostly stick to Gen 1 Pokémon. It's so annoying and it pisses me off that so much potential is wasted because of morons that don't give the newer games a chance even though Red, Blue and Yellow were overrated and aged horribly!

Remember when variety meant different moves for every type? What's with all the clone moves we have today? Most types feels the same now.
