I'm back. Last night was hilarious. Anons traded me some truly terrible pokemon, some were awesome though.
So lets go again. But this time i'm ditching my shiny dittos. I have 12, I don't even know if anyone gives a shit about these anyway but anyway.

Volcanion is getting its first Japanese distro as the movie pre-booking gift, rather than during the actual movie in July like usual for the mythicals. This distro starts next month, on April 16.
This means something else "big" will be distributed at the movie in July. The only thing to stand big enough in place of a mythical is AZ's Floette, which in reality is probably technically a mythical itself when you think about it.
It can't be Magearna since SM won't be out until the end of the year.

Steven, still more interesting than Wallace even in Emerald as post league boss. Also those Ancient Power boosts.
I didn't like at all the Water type specialist champion right after the last 8th Water type gym. At least Emerald introduced properly Horsea's and Wailmer line.

Why does Gen V only have 1 mega? I feel like its one of the gens that could benefit from them the most.

Because ORAS wasn't going to have any similar to in XY but GF remembered at the last second that it still had a blank spot so they quickly drew up Audino and gave it shitty stats.
We'll probably see more Megas a couple generations from now when it begins to hit nostalgia territory and people who were kids when it came out get older.
You're right. Power creep has negatively affected many 4th and 5th gen pokemon. Hell, I feel like the sixth gen starters already need megas because of how shitty two of them are.
