Hello, /vp/ I have something to say.
Pokken is a great game, filled with plenty of depth and much love and care put into most of its fighters. I say MOST because of one huge problem, namely Suicune being a low-skill, spammy piece of trash that attracts and caters to the absolute lowest echelon of fighter.
Now, I know what you're problably thinking

in which case all of you would be wrong. The first couple of times I faced Suicunes I dominated them thoroughly, but not after a prolonged and intensely unfun match. It didn't take me long to decide that I would immediately disconnect from any Suicune player that I came across online.
No, I don't care about penalties. As far as I'm concerned, your match against me was predetermined. Disconnecting doesn't mean that I lost, nor does it mean that my opponent won. How can a match have a result that if it never happened? I consider it my win and ignore what happens to my ranking and I urge you all to do the same. Refuse to give Suicuneshitters the satisfaction of exploiting such a lazily made character and move on. Eventually, Nintendo will see the metrics and realize their mistake. I'm not saying this to be butthurt, I just genuinely want them to address the problems with this fighter. It'll all be in the metrics. You can't argue with numbers.
tl;dr Suicune is awful in Pokken and you should refuse to fight against it

So, what if SuMo is still in Kalos, but in another timeline? A timeline where mega evolution does not exist, the 3000 year war had a different outcome, and AZ's floette has a different story? What about the Rashiram and Zakurom statues? What about the wasted factories?

Giovanni was trying to stop all of these groups. In the games, he's a respectable Gym Leader. His team runs a reputable casino. When you shut down Team Rocket, these groups are able to seize control of their regions, resulting in the following games.
They were using the Silph Scope to capture a Ghost type pokemon, so that they could capture/stop Mewtwo.
You may have heard this theory before, it's been pretty popular. This is where I start to make connections that may or may not be grasping at straws.
Gen 6.5 or 7, whatever you happen to believe in, could involve this whole dimension hopping storyline that they have been developing with Zinnia and co. It's going to unify the canons of all of the games, with Team Rocket at the center. They said in the trailer that "It all comes together in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon". It's also why they intentionally ponted out of all of the games that have come before. Perhaps that's just because it's the 20th anniversary. Or maybe they're doing this BECAUSE it's the 20th anniversary.
This is just my theory. Grasping at straws or nah?

Hey /vp/ I'm having a hard time getting the MissingNo glitch to work on VC Red. I've done everything right. I did the tutorial, and made Rare Candy my sixth item. The only glitch Pokemon I encounter is M though and he only duplicated my items the first time.
Did I fuck up by giving my trainer too short a name or something?
You have to go back to Viridian and run through the Old Man's "how to catch a Pokemon" shtick each time after you encounter Missingno because it resets.

I've been doing that. M is the only glitch I encounter and he no longer duplicates anything. He only gave me like 20 rare candies that first time too.
Are you down to single digits?
Save your game and see if you go from 01 to 00 to 99 instead of it disappearing from inventory. Sometimes the counter gets messed up.
Just picked up Alpha Sapphire last night and so far, I have 3 Pokemon. I have a level 10 Torchic, Level 9 Poochyena, and a Level 8 Taillow. How fucked am I for the first gym?

I'm literally killing myself because my three pokemon are the exact types to avoid for a rock pokemon. But, for some odd reason, my Poochyena had ice fang when I caught her? I was so confused but decided to roll with the punches since ice fang has the potential to freeze her opponent.

That's what I'm hoping for. It would make sense too, since the actual designs could be revealed in Corocoro which would come out soon after (and leak even sooner). So we get the wild speculation without having to wait too long to see the designs.

If you lose to button mashing, then you just suck. It's the same for every fighting game, unless one character happens to be so overpowered that they're hard to be even when button mashing.
Instead of their current types, pokemon now have:
