In the pokemon anime, anyone can have a pokedex. In pokespec, only super special people receive a pokedex. What do you think is the case for the games?

Slightly related, but the anime has an abundance of starter pokemon (compared to the games and manga), and the Pokedexes are already filled out. The lack of at least 5 other Pokedex users in the games should indicate that it's special.
Motivation's a different story altogether though.

As many 6.5 vs 7 threads that happen on here why does no one mention that at the end of the trailer they don't say coming to Nintendo 3ds they say coming to systems in the Nintendo 3ds family which I think is nintendos way of saying its a new 3ds exclusive before coming out and saying it

Mega evolution, retarded mechanics, the story was transformed into a weeb fest, same for the characters. X/Y influence, changes in trainers teams. Fucked up postgame, fucked up game progression. Shitty art/animations.
