I want them to make it so these games have all 720+ pokemon available between them. It would be fitting for the 20th anniversary games.
The good thing about XY having a shit ton of old Pokemon everywhere is that it makes replaying it a lot more enjoyable since you see something new each time as opposed to something like ORAS where you just see Linoone and Wingull on every fucking route.
The Doduo screenshot is fake, the Meowth is their family pet Pokemon from Kanto, and they never show off new Pokemon in proof of concept art until official reveals. Those blastoise, furfrou, wobbo, etc, etc, are all just there for the purpose of concept art.
