Teams have won too many tournaments. Pro players have played for too long. KQLY and co were banned when CSGO was still a fledgling game. To ban any more at this stage in time is unthinkable - Valve loses credibility, leagues lose money, teams lose money, everybody under the sun has nothing to gain and everything to lose.
It's common sense. Think about it. Pros will never be banned unless they start spinbotting at a major.
