Tldr: making KR mod for Portugal for the very rare scenario of Portugal beating Goring in the Colonial war. One potential outcome is Portugal getting North Rhodesia in a peace settlement, linking their mainland African colonies into one contiguous mass.
From this point, it's possible that Portugal decides to set up an autonomous colonial administration for their African holdings. They release Angola, Angola gets a new name, flag and cores across Portugal's holdings (like how Indonesia gets the Netherlands East Indies name and flag when they release them via event).
I need ideas for flag designs, names for this new entity, and flavour events.

It would be alright if it was removed and simply retreating across multiple provinces automatically retreated you from battle and retreaters simply moved a bit faster.
The CK2 combat system is set up so that if you retreat the day of battle you don't take many casualties because all armies other than Nomads suck in skirmish. Before conclave you just had to monitor battle to ensure you didn't spend time in skirmish or melee.
