uh...I've been playing since launch and I loved the first year of the game up until about october, and then the game turned to absolute shit with all the shit pvp changes and lack of content. If you read the Hive grimoire you can piece together the death of each one. They got separated, Vell died to a wizard and her thrall, Eriana was killed by Ir Yut's death song, and I can't remember the rest, but they were all very painful deaths.

Everything else that has been in concept art posted to Bungie.net has made it into the game eventually. Even the Dreadnaught was in concepr art.
Europa is even in the grimoire. It's very likely to show up, even if it's not until Destiny 2. Our solar system is a big place with lots of canonical locations, even if they haven't become destinations yet. Mercury, the European Dead Zone, etc.

My guess is that in Destiny 2 there will be multiple locations on the Earth (Old Chicago + Manhattan Nuclear Zone for instance), plus Mercury, Europa and maybe something like new areas for Venus or Mars.
I just hope my dreams come true and they really will make the destinations bigger than before. But it is likely, because they said last gen consoles were essentially why they made everything so small and they'll be dropping those.

I'm about half and half, maybe a little more PvE.
As far as the Spring Update goes, I at least want to see old raids brought up to Y2 with new or overhauled gear. It might not happen but it's at least something substantial that gives us new stuff to get. And frankly, some new exotics and old Strikes being updated just wouldn't enough to justify raising the level cap. If the update brings in a completely new activity, I'll be floored.
With the expansion though, we just need another TTK. New raid, new location, and an overhauled game. Instead of new subclasses, buff the old ones. I expect an Osiris-focused story, with maybe Mercury as a location, but that's just a guess.

All of those things sound awesome. I'm definitely more into PVE so I would love to be able to run the old raids again and have a point to them other than doing it for nostalgia's sake. That and I miss vision of confluence, even if they come back with no elemental primaries I'd be happy.
I could definitely do with some new exotics too, or at least bringing patience and time and gjallarhorn into Y2. I miss those bad boys ;__;
An Osiris based story arc would be fun too, but really just having a new area to explore that's as big or bigger than the dreadnaught would be ideal to me.
Or maybe they'll end the game with the tower falling to the Vex or something. I think one of the VoG grimoire cards said something about ships with faction logos and any others who could escape fleeing from the destroyed tower. How they would tie that into new missions/strikes/raids is beyond me but it would be nice to get a big chunk of story to lead us into Destiny 2.

Thing is, consistant sniper headshots helps the most. But being shot at means you cant just stand there and land shots consistantly.
