The Uragan stun slug is fucking spectacular. I prefer it to the shotgun. I find it easier to aim and more effective at >5m. I don't like having to use two shells on any guard, and the Uragan has a greater effective range for one-hit knockouts. Then again I'm not using the Grade*7 silenced one since I'm a princess about resource costs.
It's a shame it means I don't have a basic tranq pistol, though. I want some kind of slow-acting tranq assault rifle, or something. A sniper works, but when I'm on FOBs I usually want a lethal sniper to deal with electronics and shit that can't be stunned, like UAVs.

I really like my regular sniper though cus it just one hit's UAVs and cameras and everything else. And I can't sacrifice the s1000. So I have to get that 50m shot with the level 8 tranq pistol and 4x scope. Getting the perfect setup so the guard is just around 50m (to counter bullet drop) and facing directly, and I mean it has to be DIRECTLY, facing me is quite the task. It's just annoying as fuck.
As for the git gud part I'm... quite good at this game. I can get 60k ESP points at least a couple times a day. I have around 4~mil or so total points and my rank is ~80. I'm gud.

The trailers were a bad idea, since they imply the game is story focused, which it clearly isn't. Not to mention the dozen interviews where Kojima says it's got very little story and is gameplay centric.
The 2013 E3 trailer is a decent one, since it's more about gameplay than the others, but to be honest, they should've just released gameplay demonstrations rather than trailers and then people wouldn't get hyped up for a story that doesn't exist.
