That money is just paper physically though. When you hold "money" you're not just holding paper, you're holding 10 dollars, or 20 Euros, or whatever that bill is said to be worth. You're not just holding the physical element, you're holding the value people assign to it. They spawn in the same spots every time, so if you figure it out and rush to place your C4, the mission ends pretty quick.
Also the anti tank mines are pretty useful for killing the skulls before they're armor is up, if you ran out of C4.

serval is pretty easy too, about 6-7 shot per skull. the only annoyance is that you need to be quick with your kills, otherwise another skull will jump infront of his weaker teammate and do that stone wall bullshit.

On the command platform, I'm planting C4 each at the two places where Skulls spawn. It instantly kills both of them when you detonate and doesn't even activate the other two.
Then I just fire a random shot into the air to put the remaining two on alert, then shoot them with the Serval. If you don't miss a shot, you can keep two of them stun locked until death with headshots.
Serval only against all four doesn't work as well. You can't really keep all of them locked down so they get to throw rocks or shoot at you.

I don't think the command platform was a good choice for this event. Medical and Base Dev work well, but the fight isn't so good on the command one.

Oh shit, you actually get the typical rewards from doing whatever platform the event is on. So if fighting Skulls is more fun than FOB infiltrations, you can grind plants from the medical platform from that instead.
