It is possible to have naturally low test. Also if you are in a rough spot in life, it lowers your test. Its a vicious cycle. Losing, sadness, depression, these things lower test. Losing something as simple as an arguement temporarily lowers test.
Start to lift even if its just pushups to max 5x once a day, you will notice a difference.
I know from experience, went from a soggy shemale to feeling like hulk (in spirit) after changing my diet, doing moderate exercise and fake-it-to-make it confidence.

I cook my own food in butter and or olive oil. I don't drink anything that has been in plastic. I dont drink anything but water. Carbonated water helps kick that habit a great deal.
Get one of those metal hipster bottles or if impatient or poorfag get a couple bottles of Peligrino and reuse the bottles.
Dont eat anything fried, but eat a high fat low carb diet.
Do all the above and you will be feeling like a caveman in a few weeks. Pushups every day will double the speed.
After that you can start looking into real strength exercises and you will have the desire to at that point as well.
