Paragon is a new MOBA developed by Epic Games, owner of the Unreal Engine. Similar to SMITE, Paragon uses a third-person behind-the-back camera and WASD controls instead of a top-down view. In addition, Paragon uses a card system, which is, for all intents and purposes, a player-customized item shop for individual characters that you build before the game; cards can only be earned with in-game currency, meaning you can't buy power.

No. Like DOTA 2, all heroes are free to everyone. What you can purchase with in-game currency is a character's Master Challenge, which essentially lets you unlock extra skins, taunts and boosters.
>How can I play the game?
You can purchase a founder's pack for at least $20 to buy into the early access. You can win founder's pack keys off whatever contests are run on Twitch. Otherwise, wait until this summer for the game to enter open beta.
Also, there will be occasional free weekends in the coming months.

Since unHPM stopped updating unHMM i asked him for permission to continue the mod
So, i removed all unhistorical nations and nations that don't fit in the victorian era:
All Japanese fictional minors, Slavia, Celtic Congress, Theodore, Byzantium, Irish Munster, Poland-Hungary and Romania-Hungary.
Teutonic Empire is renamed to Greater Germany/Germania and Byzantium to its NNM names
The GMU archeology events are also removed
I also sorted all the mod files so that they are easier to use and manage, and fixed a few bugs while doing it
like events not triggering correctly and decisions not having full effect
