Since unHPM stopped updating unHMM i asked him for permission to continue the mod
So, i removed all unhistorical nations and nations that don't fit in the victorian era:
All Japanese fictional minors, Slavia, Celtic Congress, Theodore, Byzantium, Irish Munster, Poland-Hungary and Romania-Hungary.
Teutonic Empire is renamed to Greater Germany/Germania and Byzantium to its NNM names
The GMU archeology events are also removed
I also sorted all the mod files so that they are easier to use and manage, and fixed a few bugs while doing it
like events not triggering correctly and decisions not having full effect
