Sidescrolling dungeon exploring, lots of verticals. Expect to die in some places and level up your boys to take on the boss, not really grindy, but to the point where you might want to clear a the area an extra time to beef up a little. Bring a controller, it's a fun time.
Would pay $5 no doubt, if its $10 or more do a little research, but you will get a great hour per buck regardless.

The series is plagued with blights.
The games themselves are well done and play great.
1 is a fantastic atmospheric action horror, presses all the right buttons.
2 gave the protag a voice, and a vagina. started pushing a love interest which through the course of the game is not badly done but it is out of place in the setting and occasion.
3 threw all that out the window, the protag is literally a cuck, not even joking.
Coop added, ingame purchases, customisable weapons, different setting.
The hatred for 3 has a large foundation on it.

As for the game, I'd recommend if you like the Mega Man Zero games. However, it is one of these games that was very clearly made on a shoestring budget. It reuses a lot of things and you can tell it's a small scale low cost project.
Unlike MMZ the game is sort of designed around time attacking, and while you do have a gun like traditional megaman, it actually doesn't do any real damage. You're meant to shoot them so that you 'tag' them at which point you generate an electrical field which goes to all 'tagged' enemies and that's how you get points and damage. It's interesting though honestly I think most people would have preferred just shooting shit.
Fun game, I'd recommend it if you like that kind of game - just don't go in expecting high production values because you won't get them.

Divinity Original Sin was a great game. Not a perfectly balanced CRPG, but a lot of fun, especially if you find someone to play through it all the way in coop. The game starts pretty slow, but then ramps up. Be prepared to loose notion of time and sink between 60 to 100 hours into it.

I'll look at it. Many say it's story and dialogue are fantastic. I played Fallout 3-4 but 3 and 4 disappointed me from a story standpoint. NV was god tier.
