Dva isn't really a tank per se, so much as she's just a glorified Tracer who's meant to hit-and-run nigs from their exposed flanks before fleeing. That and she's useful for clearing out entrenched locations with her ult. she does need a buff though, her head hitbox is way to easy to shoot.

It's hard to get a lot of gold medals with Winston because you're not doing a lot of damage, your bubble shield can't take much punishment and objective time is also low since you're supposed to constantly be on the move and jumping around.

Comparable or better mobility than winston, meant to fight in close range like him and can get to hard to reach places easily like him.
Except she sucks in close range combat since she slows to a snails pace when firing and even the slowest characters can easily move out of her effective shooting range, and despite her 500 ho, 400(?) of which is armor, her head critbox is not only huge, it's smack in the center of her mech aka the easiest place to bodyshot making her so easy to headshot that you're bound to do it all the time even when you're not trying.
Not exactly the best thought out design.

Tracer and Pharah are very fun. Roadhog is nice but I'm shit with him. I honestly want to upgrade to the Origins edition just so I can get Posh Tracer.

Put out turrets all the time in obnoxious spots. They're meant to be distractions. They're going to die all of the time, but they're incredibly effective if the enemy team has to constantly waste time killing them when they're fighting your team or trying to capture the point. Learn her match-ups and ambush the enemy team when you can get away with it, shoot out orbs down chokepoints, etc. Her gun does insane DPS after a second or two (the highest in the game)
Her worst match-ups are Winston and Zarya.

First of all don't just stick them right next to each other unless you want them to all get taken out at once. You can spread them all over the place and cover the same basic area. Just like a torbjorn/bastion the best positions aren't the ones with the biggest shooting range, but the safest spots first. What you do with the turrets depends on the enemy comp. If they've got a lot of mobile flankers, instead of all defending one area, put them everywhere and watch them like a hawk for people moving around the icons will tell you when they shoot someone. Also if you're using your turrets for damage and not awareness you need to understand you support them, not the other way around. Much like you the turrets aren't meant to do much on their own, they accentuate. Also your job isn't to kill people. Sure if the enemy is doing one of those immovable object, Reinhardt enhanced slow pushes you can flank them and melt them with your wings of liberty void ray. But in most circumstances you are better off staying alive, especially if you're waiting to put the teleporter up.

You can kill 9 out of 10 McCrees by baiting his stun and ghosting through it, but the 1 legit one you'll run into now and then will still kill you.
Reaper is the ultimate casual filter. He's got 250 HP, great dps, tons of ammo, teleports around, and can go invulnerable. You can win most match ups, even head on. Pick out their fragile heroes in a fight and abuse those free healthpacks on kills

Ranked is coming out soon. Right now matchmaking is a mess. Level 50s can be put up against level 1s and there's rumors that the system is rigged to keep you at a 50% win rate at all times.
Until then, play who you like or play a character not dependent on your team like Reaper or McCree. Don't let the losses get to you, you don't even get that much more xp for winning anyway. Also losing teams can still get PotG, so frag as many mother fuckers as you can and try to show off anyway.

Her main canons are weak but you should be more mobile with her than simply standing around trading hits. Also she has an ult than instantly kills- which all the other tanks lack. Dash around, shoot and heal intermittently.
Like Winston you should soak up as much damage with her before popping her ult. Her real tankiness shines when she's killed several opponents and got a fresh mech.
Just make sure that when you mech dies you have an escape route behind you. Don't get cornered.

Winston gets me 4 gold medals every time. He's my main dude. The shield cam be used offensively against characters with explosive ammo. You can also it to cuck ultimates by containing them.
Otherwise- just leap in drop shield shock as many people as you can- leap out. Repeat until your ultimate is ready then use it right before you die. Chase people down, with intent to kill, smack everyone who attempts to intervene. You can also easily corral opponents off cliffs since everyone's instinct is to run away from a charging Winston.

9 times out of 10, as soon as I see it it's already in lethal exploding range. And a lot of the time, I'm on a support character who isn't well-equipped to shoot it.
