Yup. Saved it an entire round just for the final push at the end of an escort map. Finally popped it when all my friends were taking tons of damage, even despite my aoe heal, everyone got shat on by a Dva from 200 yards away just spraying everyone while a Reaper did the same shit 5 ft next to her.
He's pretty fucked, and has great potential to be an amazing support if they'd at minimum buff his hp to 200, maybe 250. His heals aren't even that great. A Mercy can easily outheal Zenyatta.

He's can gank squishy characters extremely quickly. Like every other tank though, he gets fucked up by any close range dps like Reaper or Tracer. The only difference is that he doesn't have a close range ability to negate dmg. Roadhog has his heal, D.va has defense matrix, Reinhardt has his shield, and Zarya has her personal barrier.
Winston only has his bubble shield, which isn't helpful if close range dps characters are already on top of you. His ult puts him at full health though, which is nice as an "oh shit" button if you get low.
His strength lies in being able to stick on almost any player like a fly on shit. You can chase people with leap, and his Tesla Cannon actually kills people really quickly if they're not being actively healed. My favorite thing to do with Winston is play "spot the lone Widowmaker." Leap at her as soon as you see her, then leap after her when she tries to grapple away and laugh as she dies.

You play the same type of character as I do in that it's one that can still contribute without great aim. If you want to practice your aim without ruining your team, just go to the practice range everyday and shoot robots. It won't make you a god but it's probably better than pulling out your crappy aim in a real game and having your team play essentially one man down.

I think the issue is that a Widowmaker getting non-stop headshots is skilled, so it's less frustrating than to die someone holding M1 and taking a full second to line up and headshot or someone playing paint by numbers on your team.
I agree with you though that Widowmaker is far more 'OP' than either Mei and Bastion, but I think people attribute getting slaughtered by her to 'skill' and getting slaughtered by Mei and Bastion to 'bullshit'.

Yes, she has several problems. Most of which are a direct result of her competing for the same spot as Winston on a team (disruption tank):
Her damage is trash as compensation for her high as fuck mobility, something she shares with Winston. However, unlike Winston, she has to actually aim. The lower ticks of damage work better against heros like Genji and Tracer, who are also mobile as fuck meaning Winston beats her out here. Only thing she really has on him is her attack never needs to reload. It's even worse when you consider his attack goes through Reinhardt and other Winston shields.
Her ult is trash at the moment. It rarely works against players who are not noobs or are not incapacitated in some way. This is partially because of the HUGE ass indicator on where the mech is at and likely one of the ways they will buff D.Va is getting rid of this (frankly unnecessary) indicator. The only purpose of her ult right now (aside from wombo combo or shit enemies) is to force people off the objective to stall. This is also what Winston ult is also used for at the moment, except Winston can do it for longer because of his initial HP + bubble + the hp refill to 900 he gets from ulting.
Their health pools are roughly the same, although D.Va has an edge from the larger amount of armor. This is the only thing she beats Winston out on really (besides being cuter 2bh).
Winston's E is better than D.Vas E for defensive purposes because Winston's shield provides 360 degree defense for longer and can move with the objective. It forces enemies to fire at it, unlike D.Va where enemies can just fall back for a moment. Winston can also fire while the bubble is active.

TF2 Sniper can oneshot even an overhealed Heavy with a headshot at 100% charge and doesn't fire tracer rounds. But he also unscopes after every shot, has to switch to secondary weapons to automatic fire, and shows a colored dot where he's aiming. (This is just his default rifle, there are alts that are more like Widowmaker).

When you kill a torb and his turret you're basically killing him twice. First he has to wait to respawn, get back to the point THEN rebuild his shit, assuming his position hasn't been lost. Because one of the main benefits to tracer on attack is she can dodge the entire front lines and go fuck off to the point directly, forcing the enemy to break away to deal with you or lose the point to literally one person, thus letting your team push. My point is a single turret covering the point instantly nulls any use of tracer in this way and that's fucking horseshit. You can't 1v1 a turret without your ult if you honestly want to waste it., you may as well just switch at that point, yeah you can go hit the squishies but you lose a lot of your main use on those point contests early on.
Torbj love setting up a turret on point A volskaya right in the little bunker in front of the point, even when I dodge all the way back there and 100% of the enemy team is fighting up front, tracer can't do jack shit due to the turret. The turret always has that "beep" when it targets someone and gives you a split second to take a shot before hiding before it actually fires, make that "beep" of the initial lock on last about a second longer than it currently does. I'm aware it's a team game, but in attack one of the BEST things you can do for your team at the start is rush that damn point. There's been cases where I get the point up to like 70% capped 100% solo before the enemy comes running in in a panic, or sometimes a solo junkrat or some shit comes back and I just take them out.
Yes it's not a solo game, but this is something only tracer can do at the start (or maybe genji with some sneaky wall jumps) and it really helps early on in the match by forcing the entire enemy to move back to deal with you, or they split off a few to deal with you, weakening their front line for your team to push with ease. The point is that if you do this and there's just ONE turret set up back there, GG you got fucked and the entire plan goes out the window, tracer should really have a method to take out one lonely turret besides an ult (which you won't have that early anyway)

I main your shield, so I understand how horrible a good mei can be, and probably understand the difference between a good and bad one a lot better. Most times since the game is young I stop them from harassing and keep them at distance, but good mei players know how to harass me properly.

It's a close race, but Torbjorn wins. You can build a turret and then spend the rest of the game jacking off and still do well.
Bastion is next. Basically the same as Torbjorn, but you have to left click and do some minor aiming. Your right hand actually needs to be on the mouse, but I suppose you could still masturbate with your left hand if you want.
After that is probably a three way tie with Reaper, Hanzo, McCree for various reasons. McCree is broken as fuck, but at least he has a skill ceiling somewhere above his floor. The other two not so much.
