Wind Waker because it felt bigger than the rest and had "seemingly" more reason to revisit islands later.
Ocarina of Time because it changes when you go to the future. That makes it interesting.
I've been waiting 18 years for another game to do that. Not one has delivered.
Admittedly, Termina is OK. I like how different enemies appear on different days/night in the Swamp and Snowhead so you're always on your toes if you waited until Day 2 or 3 because of sidequests, to do something that you'd normally do on Day 1.

I recently tried to get back to this game to get the last 3 trophies. I couldnt finish Yharnam. This game has become so boring to me now that the hype has died. Fuck you Dark Souls 3 for making me hate SoulsBorne games.
It's still my favorite souls game. Sorry you don't like. We all have subjective tastes I guess :^]

Yeah black hole that you don't have to channel, with a super long range, a larger AOE, and a crazy short cooldown is super balanced.
Especially added onto a hero who can give out physical damage immunity and has a long range slow with % based DoT.
She was mega broken on launch.
