I know there is ironman mode or whatever but ugh, just don't give us the option. It's like having the option to lower difficulty settings in Dark Souls if you get stuck on a boss. Too tempting and takes away the intensity/punishment.

Sorry memers but this game is just not good. If you're going to make an area impossible to solo without either:
A. Having high perception
B. Savescumming
You NEED to have recruitable party members to make up for deficiencies in these areas. This is at least 75% of the reason why every other CRPG had recruitable party members.

Okay, I'm completely stuck. The only route I haven't done isthe one on the very left going down starting from D-Team's "Don't Press" and the thumbs-up fragment. What do I do now? There are no new fragments. I just got all 4 endings for the 3-way standoff. Every other route has been filled in except for the long one on the left which I think is the road to the true end.

I've never played Daggerfall, but I sometimes hear it's an even deeper, richer game than Morrowind. Is there any truth to this? Or is most of the content in the game pretty much just fodder?
Daggerfall is the best Elder Scrolls game. It's not even a contest.
It's "deeper and richer" in that it is a bit more mechanically complex.
But the core of the game is wandering endless randomly generated terrain and fighting randomly generated bandits in randomly generated dungeons to sell their junk in randomly generated towns.
The overall theme is "you know what, being an adventurer would actually be really tedious if you think about it"
