I like how Ganondorf was characterised in Ocarina of Time.
In all of his subsequent appearances his dialoge has been standard fantasy setting villain-speak but in Ocarina he says things like "You want a piece of me?" and he calls Link "kid".
It's not that big a deal but it made him stand out in the world of Hyrule. Will they ever bring this characterisation back?

I hope so. However I did enjoy him a lot in twilight princess. Specifically his new design. OoT design was more thuggy which did suit his dialogue.
