Definitely. He was first in retirement until SE begged for him to come back, then they forced him to work on mobile games because he was trolling too hard in interviews for DoD 3. After SE thought he learned his lesson, they're giving him the chance to work on his own project, but he's keeping it under wraps.
I know he still wants to remake Drakengard and make NieR 2.

CS people don't realize that slowing down to get a better shot is mechanically the same as iron sights, albeit it is a bit more difficult to master as the game leaves it up to your, rather than hitting a button for a speed limiter.

It's why I don't play CS. It made sense back with 1.6 because modeling visual recoil and things like that were expensive and sometimes limiting depending on the engine.
But fucking 2015? No, it's easy as fuck to have visual representation of aiming. It's not like having that visual element means you have to be CoD and have no recoil patterns or anything like that.
It's like having a fucking game where all the animations aren't as big as the actual hitboxes in this day and age. Just fucking retarded and lazy.

Sometimes I wish the games remained PS exclusive. The decline in quality, both game and fanbase-wise, was tangible and anyone that has been around since the early days of Demon's Souls knows what I'm talking about.
Thankfully, the game of the generation will be out by the end of the next month. It'll be a glorious time.
