Hmm... hard to say. I think Nintendo could definitely improve Capcom so yeah probably. Capcom only has a couple good IPs that haven't been run into the ground. However, Nintendo could revitalize old IPs and make lots of bucks.

disregarding that giant mechs are not particularly effective weapons to begin with, they would also by their nature of being giant mechs, require a lot of dedicated and specialized maintenance which would be hard to come by in a post-apocalyptic setting
Does anyone think that DaS2 lore is better than DaS1?
Nope
The 'quality' of the lore and the way it's told is for the most part identical between the games.
There's just more of it in DaS1.
People will always have personal preferences towards certain characters or aspects of lore but in terms of quality the two games are the same
I doubt it. It's really lacking in substance and some of it just makes no sense.
DaS1 is pretty hard to beat anyway.
