I bought X3: Reunion in the steam sale. What am I in for?

Honestly, I suggest you get some mods, I never got that much into it, but I can tell you the helmet and cockpit mods are a must, otherwise you just end up a face out in space.
Also I heard that finally got around to fixing all the broken shit with Rebirth between mods and patches. Is it true?

That's the wrong one. You should have bought X3: Terran Conflict or X3: Albion Prelude. They are all very similar but TC and AP have more features and a few flaws from Reunion fixed. Could be worse though, there's always Rebirth if you want to get disappointed.

i think he's right. the fighting games community is extremely elitist and this is problematic as fuck. just look at Smash. they tried to do something different and what do they get? a bunch of raging autists getting angry at the game because its not like every other fucking fighting game: hit confirm, huge fucking combos you cant escape and projectile spamming
