It's based off of a /tv/ meme where they rank movies based on how "patrician" they are. In their case they use the words flick, movie, film, cinema, and kino ot rank the overall quality of the films, but in this case they have been replaced to fit more with video games.

I recently played some Wii stuff because that's all the use I get out of the shitty thing.
The Wii part is hacked too, so I was playing some NES games. Casino Kid is fun but fuck that dried up cunt Martha, bitch is insane.
Oh wait I played a bit of splatoon, but then got bored.
I've gotten plenty of fun out of my Wii U, but this is clearly the year when Nintendo stops giving a single fuck about it, like they didn't even bother with a filler Mario sports title or anything for 2016. Luckily the 3DS is there to pick up the slack.

Wasted potential due to low sales. Contrary to popular belief, the Gyro aiming is really good. Disappointment at the droughts, it really needed some games to fill in the gap.

Squad is between Insurgency and Arma. Good if you want a realistic tactical shooter if you don't want to face a simulator like Arma.

Gameplay is your basic whack-a-mole cover shooter without any elements that might make it more interesting.
The only thing people praise is the story. If you don't give a fuck about that then it's shit.
It's crap. Shit, hamfisted story. That comes first because its what people praise for some reason. Ugly visuals, boring level design and completely uninspired gameplay.

I catched all the pokémon in the first game, that metagross fight was something.
I didn't care about the rest of the franchise, specially since they casualized it a lot, before you had to do all the loops in one go, after the first game instead there was a time limit system. I think the one with Darkrai as final boss was fun though.
I still don't know why they went with World War 1.
It's just too boring, the most interesting part of the war and doable for an action driven fps is the Trench war and that's not that interesting itself.
Also the WW1 look it's just a coat of paint, it's the same gameplay, the same kind of guns, now instead of having an m16 you have a lewis gun (which according to dice it's an assault rifle now). they could have gone another road by adjusting the game to the era rather than adjusting their own gameplay to fit the era, it's a shame that they are literally sitting in a goldmine by having the chance to switch the era first than other companies but fucking it up by this "switch" being just aesthetic instead of changing the pace and such things of the game, more accordingly to a world war 1 game.
Mark my words, it will be the same battlefield as always, as cod aw is the same cod as always (the only difference being that cod doesn't do a half assed atempt at changing the era) and people will still go screaming around things like "battlefield 1 is exponentially better than cod because it's different!" and shit.

If you've seen any footage, it looks like the same shitty battlefield games that dice has shit out since after 2142 but with a different skin.

Having only played Metal Gear Solid One and loving it, I see Metal Gear Solid V on Steam sale and I'm really tempted to get. My question is if I will enjoy it only having played the first one, is it worth it?

4 is pretty much a movie so if you are able it's decent enough, but you may as well watch it.
Peace Walker's story should be known before playing Ground Zeroes, then Phantom Pain.
I guess you could play V now, but I'd suggest the series first.
