TF2 has the Demoman. Therefore the entire overwatch roster loses by default, then the entire TF2 roster loses except for Scout who kills Demo.

7 is only being supported in favor of those not using 8.1
8 is being dropped like Vista
10 is for people only from 8 and Vista
XP is under government contracts and cannot ever drop support fully until the governments using it decide to upgrade.
8.1 is going to be the next great when 7 loses extended support as no one will be willing to upgrade to 10 and 8.1 is the closest to 7 you'll get with better backend.
