is it possible to find light armor that is upgradeable similar to how the vault suit is?
I'm sick of using the vault suit but haven't found anything light that has upgrades.I want to use armor pieces and it feels like 90% of the armor in the game doesn't allow you to.
If he was a vet and had the option, he wouldn't wear that uncomfortable as fuck kevlar

With the release of Fallout 4, I managed to find Fallot NV for £3 so I bought it. I have never played a Fallout game and basically know nothing about it. All I know is that there are builds, there are skills, and perks. But I don't even know what they do.
So any advice for someone starting Fallout NV for the first time on any Fallout game? I was considering a melee build but I want advice? Such as skill distributions, perks, and if there is anywhere I should make sure I go early game for good loot/missions?

Game is about roleplaying so unlike the FPSes that are fallout 3 and 4 you can get past 70% of all quests just by having high speech

So, SMITE's getting a DJ Sona super skin with music, but Mecha Anime. The game's community is shitting itself over it, in a negative way.

DJ Sona was a shit purchase because I don't have the music playing while playing league and the beats were shit anyway.
I don't mind expensive skins as long as they're worth it aka Spirit Guard Udyr and Dunkmaster Darius.
