How much money do i need to make to be able to live for another 50 years max paying for rent (rent cant be much all i need is a bed and minifridge and ofc internet) and ramen noodles? I also need to be able to pay for a new laptop each 2 years if it breaks and no warrenty . It does not need to be a good laptop it just needs to be able to play RuneScape... Also i dont need to pay for RuneScape membership because i can pay those with ingame gold.

Before nuclear war in the Fallout series, the government of America divided the 50 states into 13 "commonwealths", 13 virtually autonomous governments still united by the US federal government. So far, we've explored the Northwest, Southwest, New England, and Columbia. Personally I would love to see a Gulf region Fallout game. For some reason the map in pic related counts Texas as its own commonwealth, but Texas technically borders the Gulf so I would consider it a gulf state.
Anyway, imagine a fucking Florida/Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama/Texas Fallout game. Bayous, Everglades, wide open prairies, not to mention the conch republic.

TTYD was great, but after playing the original (which was after I played TTYD) I realized that TTYD borrowed a lot, and had a lot less content.

You tell me anon. I've yet to pick it up. If I had to hazard a guess, based off what Tales of games I've played:
- Fun combat
- Multiplayer is gimped because Baba hates people who have friends
- Openworld design creates a fucking abomination of copy-pasted fields with the odd tree populating it in between landmarks/cutscenes
- Music might be a little better off now that Sakuraba didn't have to work on the soundtrack alone
- Story is basically an incomprihensible mess of anime tropes laced with a retarded cookie-cutter shonen main character
- But who gives a shit, give me summadem fucking skits
