Berserk game when? It should seriously happen. The PS2 games were only decent, really.

Dragon's Dogma is the game you're looking for if you want the weighty but powerful Great Sword combat. If you want Berserker Armor crazy leap around the screen while being edgy as possible, go for Metal Gear Rising.

Should I buy this?
I never played any of those, because I grew up with JRPGs and not with CRPGs. Seems like the perfect chance to catch these games up, but I don't know if they are still enjoyable in 2015?
I don't even know if I like CRPGs in general but I definitely want to try at least one of those games sometime.
There are also Enhanced Editions of BG1+2 and Icewind Dale out there, should I better go for that?

Enhanced Editions are medioce because they are just the originals with some essential/non-essential mods at a higher pricetag.

Long story short, I've got a roomate who only plays shitty shooters OFFLINE, we've got a PS3 and Xbox 360 between us, and he wants to play a "new" game when we get back together when he's off from uni.
What game do I get? Puzzle, strategy and RPG are definitely not options, but other things could be considered. He almost got Black Ops 3, but then he realised that the last-gen versions have no Campaign.
I considered pic related, but I've held an interest in the series for a while and wouldn't want the first game of it that I play to be so far in the series (I don't want spoilers for classics like the first couple of games in the series).
What do?

MGSV is mostly disconnected from the rest of the series as a whole and what little story there is is shit. It does not at all "wrap things up" conclusively in a satisfying series end, so you shouldn't worry about that. But it's a real grind of a game and you have to repeat multiple missions to get to the end.
Is Fallout 4 within his boundaries of an acceptable game? It barely has any RPG elements anymore besides perks and stats, roleplaying is all but gone and it has very limited dialogue options.
Black Ops 3 would be perfect if you could get it on a current generation console. It's honestly pretty good for a shooter in this day and age and it has some good co-op modes.

I'd hate to say it, but it's probably not. If it's at all RPG, it's a no. To make matters worse, we play with a old school "if you die, you pass on the controller rule" so I doubt Fallout would be wise for that.

I used to just get cheap rando $10-$20 mice but they would go in less than 6 months. I put the money out there for a G400s in 2012 and it hasn't steered me wrong until now, probably due to wear and tear.

2 was rushed and yet it is the best, 3 was delayed for polishing yet it is the worst.
Prime was perfect except for the artifacts at the end

First of all is your rig capable of recording while playing games? Specs please.
recording footage and streaming footage are different.
Make sure your settings are optimized for whatever you're trying to do.
in advanced settings if you're streaming you'll want to make sure CFR is enabled. If you're just recording footage you need to use a custom 264x encoder.
Then entering in the box below that crf=x with the value of x being how much quality you want.
The ideal number is between 15-19 depending on how much processing power you have. Keep in mind the closer you get 1 the more CPU usage you get and the more strain you put on your compoota.
Assuming your CPU can handle the task determining the resolution of your recording is done in your video tab.
Set the base resolution and make sure it's not downscale.
