Is Final Fantasy X-2 worth playing, if just for the story and finding out what happens next? Does it add to the story or ruin it? Is the gameplay good? What's this "last mission" crap?

/v/ doesn't like how ditzy it can be at times but I honestly am a sucker for the Charlie's Angels shtick
the battle system is the best of the whole series, story is will put you in a good mood, it's a good recovery from the depressive mood of X
100% is hard, there are even some secret accessories, garment grids and minigames that don't count toward 100% so even after years there's stuff I've never found
it's very very worth it, it's one of those sequel games where you notice that it was made with love and not just cashgrab

I did it, I fucking did it, I bought a PS4 because of a single game! I don't know what to feel, I needed to play it, everywhere people were talking about the GOTY of the year and the best expansion pack ever developed, so yes I bought a PS4 for this single purpose. Please /v, tell me that there are good things, that it was worth it, tell me that I didn't spend my money on a single experience and after that I should put it on ebay.

It's a mile wide and an inch deep. The grind is incredible, and there's no real incentive to actually do anything except for getting bigger ships and bigger guns.
