Why aren't GTA V's car interiors close to this?

How can someone say something this dense...I can mod Skyrim on PC while using an ATI HD RADEON 5670 graphics card, and make it look better then current gen Skyrim console copies. Jesus. Fucking. Christ. Makes you wonder if sony pointed a gun at his skull when he made that comment, because I am seriously amused beyond belief. Remaking the graphics engine using a PC would be easily done should said devs has the resources to do it. Frankly, I am very disappointed in Miyazaki for letting down PC fans like this.
Thoughts, folks? Oh, by the way. If you want me to post some reasons as to why PC would be just as good for BB as PS4 is, I can very easily answer that. But this post is too big for that atm.
