Remember that Pegi Rating for "Minecraft: Wii U Edition"? As it turns out that thing is actually real. I had contact to 4J Studios in Scotland and they told me that they are currently working on a Wii U Edition that will be announced very soon. Sadly I can not tell you who said it to me because this person wants to stay anonymous.
However, Nintendo of America's Damon Baker said in a podcast with Nintendo World Report that they are going to have big announcement on Monday. Could it be Minecraft? I don't know, but I know for sure that Minecraft is actually coming to Wii U and they are going to announce it very soon. This could happen today and this could be what Baker meant.

Also to answer your question, it depends how much disposable income you have.
Wii U emulator isn't actually too bad but Bayonetta 2 is probably really demanding so if it's something you care about just buy the system.
No console is ever worth one game and Bayo in particular would definitely not be. Even though I love the games.
