3DS managed to find a niche. When it was released in 2011, kids hadn't gotten to smartphones yet. The Wii U released in 2012 and most people thought it was a perhepial for the Wii. Then in 2013 we got the PS4 and Xbone.

I just hate nintendo because they usually get away with the shit that other companies take FLAK for, like rehashes, barely improving upon previous titles and horrible design decisions.
But its all cool when nintendo does it, right?
