I don't know. I want to play it now that you are able to reach Lv. 50 doing your Story Quests (which should have been the thing from the start) but I don't wanna run the hassle of installing and patching and whatnot.
I bet it's still horribly optimized though.

Everybody i talked to that played it said that its worth playing for your characters personal story. But then after thats done you can just quit as there isnt anything interesting left.
Fun fact: to the day three years ago the "Twelve Hours Remaining" theme from Majora's Mask was playing on /v/ and we had lots of comfy threads about how we would all die that night and were goofing around, telling each other our regrets in life and our highschool crushes and stuff like that, and we were glad we atleast had ourselves. It was a silly but magical night.

Why can't western devs make a good game with gothic theme? Best gothic games came from Japan (number of gothic edifices: zero) and Russia (one wooden gothic church).
Why are western video game developers so devoid of talent? If you can't make a proper bossfight in 40 year history, can you at least make some good art?

which it didn't use in any game properly ever. And since most of American devs are inundated with cultural marxism, it ensures that the southern man will have a special place in the gallery of villains.
Though L4D had some nice southern stereotypes.
Does anyone else think Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze is Mediocre?
The level design is pretty simple, the enemies aren't very interesting, the levels themselves are quite boring, and the music doesn't feel that inspired even if they got the original composer on this.
I can't even stomach to beat the last two stages and I've had this game for a year now.

Why did the N64 have awful graphics compared to the PS1, despite the PS1 having inferior hardware?
N64 carts had a max of 64 MB storage. PS1 discs had 700 MB storage.

Most of those characters don't have the star power that Smash has, most of their big IPs have no roots in sidescrollers so trying to shoehorn them into Smash's formula is stupid, its not something that would really interest Microsofts audience and there's no point in trying to arrive late to a battle that Nintendo already won in the late 90's.
Playstation All-Stars showed what happens when you try to lazily clone Smash without thinking things through.
