LA Noire, Heavy Rain, Fallout 3, ACII, and MAG. Back when I cared, for some inexplicable reason.
Rayman Origins , Ni no Kuni and Gravity Rush. Was very close to getting the Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 but some require online and no one plays it anymore, and still, the remaining trophies were ridiculously difficult.

No, they still think chasing golden hearts where you stand around and thwack mobs is good PvE design.

Yes, difficulty matters this much to me.
Conquest is the most difficult of the three.
Well, one of them is literally marketed as easy shit for people who got into the series with Awakening, while the other is marketed as difficult and satisfying for FE veterans.
As for which is which, look it up yourself.

Birthright (If that was Hoshido) is the Awakening 2.0, so if you want difficulty, you go for Conquest. Then you have Revelations/Invisible Kingdom, which is just gimmick galore.
