This wand will make any game you desire, and it will be exactly as you want it, no downgrades, no broken promises, no need to appease any market demographic, etc.
What do you make with it?
An Elder scrolls game that fully explores all of Tamriel, to scale, and everything fits and adds to the lore perfectly. It has dice roll combat in terms of damage, but you can't miss. No level scaling. Roleplaying is easy and fun.
It isn't the conclusion to the series, so more will still come out, but it will be hard, if not impossible, to top.
Fallout 1 with modern graphics and so much dialogue and shit to do it'd take you a full year to see maybe 90% of it.

Fabel 2 is the best. People don't like to admit it because it still remains exclusive to the 360. Fable 1 or the lost chapters is better than Fable 3 though, that game is garbage.

Fable 3's property system and general weapons were fun as fuck imo but
Fable 2's weapon system and such were superior in every way aswell as combat
Fable 1's magic is what makes it better than Fable 3 but Fable 3's magic system combos were pretty great, satisfying even.

I wouldn't care Arx's magic excellent. Unique? Yeah. Adding in things like cooking chickens/meat with firespells and other things like that was a nice touch. Also letting you store up 3 spells helps.
