Opinions on DLC in general?
I'm personally against it, no matter how good (or bad) the DLC is, it should have been included in the main game, and it begs the question (other than to make more profit) as to why they'd release it without everything included.
A possible counter to that is that in some cases, it can allow devs to improve their game and add content (that requires money to produce) based on player feedback. Also in some cases it makes sense e.g. in MMOs that can get stale after a while but want to maintain their playerbase, they might release an expansion to keep people interested.
Originally I didn't mind. In games like Oblivion, I felt as though I was getting an entire game, and then the dlc just gave me more to enjoy in an already good game. But now you're having games like Elite: Dangerous and Fallout 4, where you're not getting the complete game until you get the dlc, which is stupid but you don't hear anyone calling it out

Bought it expecting to get Fallout set in medieval times and was thoroughly disappointed.
I had to read a lot about what happened in W1 and W2, plus a summary of the books, and
still I dont fully understand whats going on in the story. Nothing in it really appeals to me,
its repetitive, takes a lot of time to figure out how everything works, and every time I feel like
playing an RPG, I just go to Fallout instead of this game (inb4 Fallout hate).
I recognize that its a good game, but maybe the medieval setting just doesn't appeal to me
since ive always preferred gun based combat over melee based combat.

I think I maybe died to him once or twice first time through.
The toughest fight I found was on his second stage on Very Hard, since you actually have to survive long enough instead of losing to get to the next stage. That bit is rough.

Lots and lots of times. I was playing on hard and when I got to fight him I was out of paste. Then I gave up, went back to previous stages and gathered some items before trying again.

I know this is a staple of multiplayer games at this point, but how do I make it end? I just want to play the fucking game without being called a nigger thirty times in a row. This happens so often now that I've forgotten what good voicechat even sounds like. I don't even like disabling it because then it just feels like I'm playing with bots.
All I want to do is enjoy my fucking games. I get so frustrated now just playing them that it feels like the 14 year old screaming 'nigger' has taken residence inside my head and yells at me every time I even play a game.
What can I do to fix it? Am I a shitter? Should I pick less obviously-shitty games to play with less shitty people playing them? Should I just pick easier games so at the very least, I'm winning?
I'm starting to realize that I might be too old for this. I can only have the screaming in my ear for so long until it hurts my image of the game and my image of what it means to have fun with it.
