I'll be playing for the first time on Friday evening. I usually like playing warrior types.
I've seen the fighter and warrior classes. Is it like prestige classes or can they both be played at a high level? And which is more satisfying in DD, sword and board or greatswords?

I thought I had a strong enough team so I went to fight the first boss and it has an AoE attack that does 20 points of damage and I just instantly lose since I can't combat that.
