Yeah, Fallout 4 was 10x times more fun than FO3 and I have hopes they will bring back nice quests for Oblivion even though Skyrim was the most bland game I ever played content wise
I do not believe for a SECOND that it will be an RPG though, and not only that, I -hope- it will not be an RPG, because bethesda balancing, writing and characters are worse then city interactive game, every single fucking line they wrote for their past 3 games has been shit toddler bullshit.
So yeah just make it an open world action game with decent spells/melee and nice quests/guilds, not hard
