I want /v/'s opinion on if I should buy one of these. I have the hardware to run it. I have a decently large area to play it in.

I don't think the game library currently justifies the purchase. They also haven't figured out room scale locomotion in a convincing way, which leads to a lot of immersion breaking workarounds like shooting to where you want to teleport.
On the other hand, if you're a social fuckin' dude and always have people over, it's definitely worth it. Seeing people freak out in VR for the first time never, ever gets old.

I have a few friends who would really enjoy playing it. Pretty sure i'd have to hide it from my mom though cause she doesn't like me spending money on vidya shit. The most concerning part for me is the lack of worthwhile content.

I'm not mentally retarded enough to play an FPS with a controller.
A good FPS does not have aim assist and runs at 60fps.

Curie, followed very closely by Cait, followed by Piper, followed by Codsworth.
The reasoning is french accent, followed by irish accent and corsets.
Although Piper is the only truly interesting one writing-wise

Pretty worth. Story has some holes but is pretty enjoyable if you like these characters. This season of dlc characters is shaping up. Still hoping for at least an arcade mode to add at least something more to single player, but by the looks of it we might be getting more story expansions.

Have they fixed the pc version of this game yet? Both of my friends who bought it say that it stopped working on their computers after a few weeks. Been holding off buying it til I know that it will run.

Your own mainline infantry if your Blacksmith tech tree for infantry is better, though likely to get outnumbered otherwise if they mix them in too

Knights if you can pick off the pikes with archers
Hand Cannoneers if you can defend them; they counter each other
