DS1 had me at a real challenge, until I realised other players and phantoms can help. Now I'm playing DS2 and i'm just standing there doing nothnig while everyone kills the bosses for me...

Dark souls 1 was my first souls game, I found it tough and I raged a lot, but it meld me into understanding how everything works. Maybe that is why I found DS2 to be such a let down in difficulty and frustration that I had with the first game. I knew how to do things.

I brought Mewtwo to a tournament a week after the patch hit and got 3rd with some of the best people in my country attending. I'm not a big-time tourney player, but Mewtwo is pretty damn good now.
Of course, part of me getting so far was probably lack of matchup experience too.

If I remember, the way to go on very hard and revengeance to to do a certain amount of damage and then just dodge around until the fight times out.
I don't remember the specifics, I played that game a long time ago, but I remember the agony of that fist fight.

Pretty certain the pro strats are just to run away for a few minutes, the fight is on a timer for some reason.
After about 2 minutes, the fight automatically transitions to a cutscene
When he's about to do that area of effect attack, try to run to the corners of the stage, his attacks usually shouldn't be able to reach you

Because rich entrepreneurs are taking advantage of the niche by trying to seem creative, complex, and unique as possible while actually being really, really lazy and extremely simple as well as cliche.
This left genuine artists in the dust, and if they do manage to make god-tier games, they're ignored by the masses due to having no access to media attention which is only gained by paying the media.
