I think that's a mistake anon. even if Split/Second is locked at 30 fps, it's still a great game

Why? This shit kills PvP and it makes fighting any NPC with a flask no fun either. How long do you think it is going to take until they nerf the fuck out of the recovery time for flasks? They are bloodborne fast, but without the ability to just gun parry the chug.
