Pretty graphics, bland gameplay that works for the first 10 maybe 20 or so hours if you're easily excitable. Character variety doesn't mean shit if they all play the same way and it all comes down to stats to determine who wins. Also grinding, ridiculous grinding. You want a character specific move for your OC? Have fun grinding the same mission an infinite amount of times until the move with a 0.000001% of dropping actually drops. Pirate it and don't look back.
It's fun but the SP requires a lot of grinding the same fights over and over and as far as I can tell the MP is dead. At least I've not managed to get an online game in a long time.

You go to the end of the level. There's a ring somewhere that locks your HP at 75%.

It just doesn't seem like it because there's been significantly less Sonic titles to come out during Craig's run than in Griffith's. Which overall I think has been a good thing for the series, even if we got stinkers like Boom and (to a lesser extent anyway) Lost World. At least we don't have 3 Sonic games a year now.
Also Dreamcast Sonic is objectively better than both Modern and Boom.Classic still a best though.
Why don't Japanese studios use proper 3D models for their anime-styled games instead of that celshading bullshit?

Prince of Persia was so good. The blend of action and platforming. The castle design. It was all so good.
I just got Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth and put 10 hours into it in one day.
I can't remember the last time that happened, the Digimans woke up my inner autist.
Also I never really got into Digimon outside of having some of the virtual pet toys, so seeing ones like this crack me the fuck up.
