I don't think DaS 2 was as bad as people here made it out to be
then again, I didn't play it until SotFS
Still though, I'd be hard pressed to say that is better than DaS 3, and that's enough for me.

I enjoyed it while I was playing it, but now that I beat it I'm left feeling unsatisfied. When I played Bloodborne I immediately wanted to start a new game, and I did, I went to NG++ and enjoyed every minute of it. But with Dark Souls III I have no desire to replay it any time soon.
Ok, it's time we stop pretending this is a good game.

MCC just had 1080p/60FPS for Halo 3 and 4 with a few slight changes to lighting effects. It still looks like a 2007 game that just runs a lot better than it used to. Unlike Halo CEA and Halo 2A which had all textures and models completely rebuilt from scratch (or in CEA's case, ported from Halo Reach) to make them look more modern.

I never got to play ODST or Halo 3 since I never owned at 360. Got an XO and just started playing MCC to find out what I missed.
Guess the graphics will get downgraded when I go from H2 to H3

le dark souls 3 isfucking pandering all over the place, from demon souls to dark souls 2. the amount of fucking straight up 1:1 copy is staggering and shouldn't be the way to end a series. 19 bosses only FOR THE FINAL FUCKING GAME. Complete rehashing of wolf sets, ornstein sets, havel set, smough's set, and other countless armor and weapons which i wont bother listing
and in the end the bosses are all the fucking same. abyss watchers are artorias lite, aldrich is a mix of nito and gwyndolin, yhorm is a giant killed with a des weapon and gimmick usage, the twins are the only OG fight

Why didn't Gwyn's son just come back and beat everyone's ass? He was clearly more powerful than every other god in Anor Londo. Dude could have torn Gwyn in half with minimal effort.

Porting Anarchy Reigns to PC
The genre kinda evolved into the musou games when the transition to 3d happened and those are alive and well. You could also say the 3d spectacle fighters have its roots from the beat-em-up genre.
So how is the beta for you guys? I like it but honestly the characters are shit compared to older gears.
I played a lot of original gears and just remember the maps being a lot better and the characters being a lot bigger and dialogue way better.
Like when you got a perfect reload Marcus would say "OH YEAH"
It's decent but there is something about that original gears that it doesn't capture
Feels kinda cheap from what I've seen
Also isn't this meant to be coming out on PC? I've yet to see a PC beta. After how UE performs on PC I'm pretty fucking worried
