I'd love to play it, but I'm not buying a PS4 for one game. Especially due to Sony's PS+ bullshit.
I also don't buy inferior ports so Vita is out of the question.

Is it absolutely mandatory for every single game that comes to PC to be capable of running in 60 frames per second? This has been an annoying itch for the longest time now.
Pic related is people complaining about that new Neptunia game out on Steam being capped in 30FPS. Even just for RPGs, even the most-niche ones like Neptunia, do they absolutely have to be in 60FPS? Are they too busy looking at the game or playing it? Why should it matter if they dropped thousands of dollars on a rig to play a niche RPG? Seriously? They should be looking elsewhere.
I don't deem it mandatory for every game to be playable in 60FPS, but what I do care about are customization controls and resolution options. The Neptunia Steam ports deliver on both of those.

it indicates their confusion and unwillingness to acknowledge certain game genres don't need fucking minimum 60 FPS. The Supah Mario Bro's didn't run at 60 FPS. assfaggots games don't run at 60 FPS. Most older-style RPGs don't run at 60 FPS (before they began becoming more Action that RPG). Shit aren't arcade-style FIGHTAN games like street fighter locked to 30 frames, not 60?
Sure, frames are important in shooters where having those extra frames means you're that much likely to score the BOOM HEADSHOT against the guy whose game isn't displaying as quickly on his rig. But I don't know how people who play at 120 FPS don't get aneurysm-inducing headaches desu. I get sick to my stomach watching faggots rocketlaunch themselves across maps in Doom/Quake and the screen ripping and tearing itself to pieces because >fuck vsync!

Anyone else play this? Seriously it was hardly a damn game. Decemt story but it was so damn boring to play. And that 20 minute tv show did nothing but to take you out of it. Like i didn't feel like playing anymore after those scenes

When the last time you checked your earlier PS3 games? Blu-ray discs are apparently twenty times more prone to disc rot than standard discs.
Also, buy an Ubisoft game between 2011-2014? I recommend checking them for disc rot too, regardless of whether they're for the PS3, PS4, or another console; The manufacturer they used was fucking garbage.

Could Melee be on of the highest, if not the highest, competitive 1v1 video game in terms of skill ceiling and skill required to be good at a competitive level? A lot of people talk about it being not a real fighting game, but I don't think that matters because of how much if offers in terms of technicality that traditional fighting games can't offer.
