So, how does everybody feel about the "Cafeteria Mayhem" expansion?
I think Rolf was nerfed too much. The Almighty 3-Shoe Beating went from doing 63 dps to 47 dps.
The food options are very nice though. Pizza should not disoriente for a longer amount of time than ice cream.

Dunno, but with the introduction of Melon head in this expansion, I have lost all hope for balance in this game.

Why are we stuck in the same style of game when it comes to MMOs?

Everyone's been dying for a Pokemon MMO. Why doesn't someone make it? You don't need the pokemon license, just make your own monsters and methods of capture/battle.
Someone could probably pull off an Elder Scrolls style MMO.

MMOs have huge potential. We have the tech to pull off a shit load more than we've trying to pull off now.
Planetside 2 is the only MMO I know of that has actually tried something new with the genre, but the gunplay is shit.
What is the appeal of the Pokemon MMO anyway? Don't people who say "we need a Pokemon mmo" mean "we want a game nothing like Pokemon but using the characters"?
Skyrim is a bad RPG, and would be even worse as an MMO template.

Why is the TF2 playerbase so fucking insufferable? The last match I played was literally nothing but lenny faces being spammed in chat for 10 minutes straight.
I asked them what their obsession with such a dead, old meme was and they said that I had no room to talk because my Sniper looked "edgy" and then they spammed "E D G Y" in the chat for another couple minutes.
The previous server thought that I was doing a McCree cosplay or something and spammed "IT'S HIGH NOON" over and over for a couple of rounds before I left.
What the fuck happened to this community?

I work as an intern at a big gaming website. I'm typing this from my iPhone before anyone calls me out on it. This also involves the Xbox Scorpio and the ps4. It's not about them specifically.
Something funny is happening. Things are shaking up, people are panicking for their jobs. You we, a lot of these sites depend on "favors" such as expensive trips to japan, Seattle , Paris, etc as well as electronic equipment which is "donated" from certain companies which won't be named. Now that the "Scorpio or scorpion " is basically confirmed behind closed doors, people are panicking. A lot of these writers really burned a lot of bridges with Microsoft and other companies, which won't be named.
You see the problem? Microsoft won't be paying for ad revenue and Microsoft doesn't do special favors as much as other guys do.
It's all coming tumbling down .
I can tell you their attack plan is to target scorpions price tag, which is unknown at the moment and the hardware isn't confirmed, but it can be 6-8 teraflops . They will also attack the I/I transfer rate, but again, specs aren't 100%.
The game hour is depend on special favors and they're coming to an end.

Finally played Dark Souls. How did this game get such a reputation for being hard? It's inconvenient, and doesn't explain fucking shit, but it isn't hard. It's rote memorization to learn enemy placement, and swinging after an enemy attacks. Dying because of a shitty camera or some surprise you have no way of predicting doesn't make it hard, it just makes it annoying. Literally anyone could beat this game given enough time just by throwing themselves at a route/boss over and over until they win. Is this just the hardest game most people have played, so it gets the "hardest game ever" rep?
Everytime someone says a souls game is about trial and error it is an automatic indicator to that they are retarded.

There is no way you could see some of the shit the game throws at you coming without looking it up, or having played through it before. How is that not trial/error? The bonfire mechanic is built around the fact that it's trail and error, mess up, go back 20 feet, do it again until you get it right.
