Those are "roguelike-likes" the real major roguelikes are ADOM, Angband, Crawl, Nethack and ToME.
OP should also consider smaller-scale roguelikes such as Infra Arcana, which is set in the world of H.P. Lovecraft's stories.

Yeah and for a change, it's held together pretty solidly since you can't make Anor Londo dark without beating them first
Even killing Gwyndolin first doesn't make Anor Londo dark
Normally with direct sequels, shit gets retconned but that's the most solid, direct tie-in for a while
Ornstein went to seek out Dragon Peak, though I don't know how long after, it would've been, or when that place was built considering the fact that Nameless King was exilled before Dark Souls and the ancient dragon covenant was at the bottom of an arch-tree
Unless they made the fact that Dark Souls II's "dragons", which were man-made and not real at all
