How? You still have control of player movement and you can swing, block left and block right whenever you want. In a QTE you have to press the button it wants right when it tells you to.

i've talked to a couple people who knew nothing about warcraft before watching and they said they didn't have trouble following the story

actually managed to escape myself off a hook i thought it was impossible
cool idea, but every match plays out very similarly and there's not a lot of content, even accounting for what's not in the beta
if it was more polished and was better at incentivizing players to win i'd probably buy it
