yeah. that's why I stopped playing them. It sucks that the more they innovate games, the less relevant and worthwhile it is to play older games. You can not read a book when it comes and watch it five years later, the quality of the book will not drop. If you play a game when it doesn't come out, you might not be able to play the multiplayer or it might just be dated because gameplay mechanics and graphics might make it worthless.

This isn't because the characters are OP (some are actually considered underpowered). It's because their gimmicks make them noob-fodder and take no skill to play well due to things like auto-aim, stuns, invincibility/self-heals, etc. In other words, if you main a relatively safe character, you're a fucking pussy, no exceptions.
