Wtf happened? Wind Waker and Twilight Princess had more variety in Link's attacks and he only used a sword. His moveset is so small and shit now

That's literally all they showed and why does an Axe play the same way as a Claymore? There's no directional input attacks like in previous games. Instead they added some slow motion bullshit when evade properly and you can rush attack enemies.

How did they get away with this character? He literally has yellow skin and slanted eyes. And don't say it's ambiguous, because there's another human in the game, who clearly has light skin and different eyes.
Frisk's skin is obviously based on this. It's just a neutral skin color.

So as a kid I barely got through much of FFCC due to my friend and I not wanting to hold the chalice. Now I feel like going back and playing it with him, but we live 26 hours apart and that game can't be played through netplay. What similar game would you suggest in its place? Possibly something like Ring of Fates, or even a game that isn't related to FFCC, but has a similar enough feel?
